I’ve always fancied wearing sexy lingerie.  A fishnet bodystocking paired with a short dress that fits well in my tiny frame gives me a real boost on days when I need to be in front of an audience as an event coordinator and program host.  I don’t wear these sexy costumes to attract attention in an inconvenient way from the male audiences nor to receive sneers from envious ladies.  I wear sexy clothes because it gives me confidence.  It drives away my stage fears.  It gives me the extra height that I unfortunately lack.  Even my mom would defend me from my overly protective and old fashioned dad.  She understands.  Being petite herself, she knows the feeling of need for extra ego booster.  She often patiently explains to my dad the importance it is for me.  I don’t believe I am degrading myself as long as I make people see me as a person with essence and not what my clothes I wear.
