Sense of humor is related to comedy. It means to laugh at things which are funny. A sense of humor helps in many ways, it relieves stress and pain. Laugh when you are relaxed and the more relaxed you are the less stress and pain you feel; so funny things, books, or movies are ideal pain and stress relievers. When you laugh, all kinds of wonderful things happen to benefit your body and mind. Endorphins are released in your brain which reduces the sensation of pain that affect your emotions and your respiratory system gets the kind of work-out that it may get from jogging. Kids begin early to see the funny side of life. They may laugh at things we do not think is funny, but that is not important. What matters is that they laugh at what seems funny to them. Keep up this spirit. Keep and see that smiles, fun, and laughter in the family. Make life more happy and amusing. One of our responsibilities toward others is to enjoy ourselves. When we are having fun, we feel better and people want to be around us.
